UGoTour is a content and technology company in the travel and tourism space, helping to connect people with place through storytelling. Use cases for UGoTour’s product was difficult to articulate through standard presentation materials, so I storyboarded the user experience based on developed audience personas and rapidly prototyped a demo video for testing and analysis. The Sales team was having a challenge with demonstrating a complex, multi-dimensional product that spanned the IoT landscape of digital and physical environments. To enable Sales, I designed of a demo that would effectively tell the story from a consumer’s perspective, while providing a physical platform to demonstrate the use of RFID tags and the accompanying mobile app.
